How much time it takes in the delivery of products? |
All orders received by 5 PM IST for deliveries within India are dispatched the same day. For outside India orders are dispatched within 24 hours of the receipt of order.
Orders received on Saturdays & Sundays are shipped on Monday due to the unavailability of our courier companies on these days.
The courier shipments are made within 48 hours of receiving the confirmed order.
The packages by courier are delivered with 3-4 days of shipment. |
Which courier services do we use? |
| We use UPS for our international courier shipments and Blue Dart for delivery within India. If courier service is not available for a particular place/country, the products are sent through Speed Post service of the Indian Postal Department. In case, if any of the above services are not available for a place/country, the products are sent through ordinary post. |
What is our shipment process? |
| All orders received by 5 PM IST for deliveries within India are couriered the same day. For outside India orders the courier is sent within 24 hours of the receipt of order. How can you track the shipment of your product? |
| You can track your shipment by clicking on the Track Your Order link on the top of every page. In the form that appears, please enter your e-mail ID and order ID and press the Get Order Status button. You will be informed about the status of your order via E-Mail. |
| What are your shipping charges? |
Deliveries within India
Courier ships the orders. In case the courier services of our courier company are not available to any location, Speed Post ships the orders. In case Speed Post Service is also not available for any particular location, the orders are shipped by Registered Post.
The shopping cart adds shipping charges as per the weight of the items and packaging. The cost of shipment to any location where our courier service is not available, any additional cost would be charged from the customer prior to shipment.
The courier charges are calculated as follows:
For upto 500 gms of packet - Rs. 32/- For every additional 500 gms - Rs. 32/-
The shipping charges by Speed Post or Registered Post or VPP would be provided on the basis of weight of the order and location for shipment.
Deliveries outside India
Only courier as well as ordinary post ships the orders. The shopping cart adds shipping charges as per the weight of the items and packaging. While filling the address details, the user can specify the delivery mode i.e. Courier or Ordinary Post.

Shipment by Normal Post:

This is a low cost but insecure mode of shipment. The "Normal Post" is sent through Indian Postal Service and is usually delivered within 10-15 days of shipment. Please note that the shipment under this mode is not insured and without tracking facility. We would be able to provide you only a proof of dispatch by the Indian Postal Department for these shipments. In case of non-delivery, we would be able to refund the amount only in case the goods return to us from the Postal Department.

How can you place an order? |
When you browse through Sethayurvedics.com, if you'd like to buy a product, please click on the "Add to Cart" button, which is there next to that product.
