» In Amoebiasis - Fresh tubers mixed with ginger is used

» Useful in fever blood dyscentery and fever caused by pitta.
» In Corneal ulcers - Mustak fried in ghee should be
powdered.& applied locally.
» In wounds - Fresh root mixed with cow's ghee applied
locally.
» As Galactogague - Local application of the paste of
mustak.

»In Snake poisoning - Local application and decoction of its root
should be given,as it causes purgation and vomiting.
» In Coryza, Cough & Asthma - The powderof gudmar seeds is
useful.

» Madhuyasti is useful in hyperacidity and peptic ulcer.
» In Retension of Urine - Mulethi should be taken with rice-water.
»In Heart diseases - Mulethi should be taken with milk or ghee and
honey.
» In Anaemia - One should take decoction of Mulethi or powder of
the same with honey.
» In wounds - Paste of Mulethi mixed with ghee is wound healer.
» A decoction of the Mulethi root is a good wash for falling and
greying of hair. |
